Mr. Kleinman has significant experience leading, building, and advising corporations in strategy creation, mergers and acquisitions, and Turnarounds. Mr. Kleinman provided investment banking and M&A advisory services to YUM Brands, UNO’s, Arby’s, Lone Star, Outback and Dunkin Brands, resulting in the sale of various Designated Market Areas to private equity groups and franchisees, transaction sizes ranged between $5 and $80 million.

Mr. Kleinman earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Tampa and MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
